United Airlines Flight 93 — First Officer

LeRoy W. Homer, Jr. dreamed of flying from an early age, working to pay for flying lessons before attending the U.S. Air Force Academy and serving in the Air Force. He later fulfilled his dream of becoming a commercial airline pilot.

On September 11, 2001, Homer served as First Officer aboard United Airlines Flight 93. He left behind his wife, young daughter, and a loving family who continue to carry his memory.
